Adult behavioral health support

Structured clinical assessments, outpatient psychotherapy, and peer-directed recovery guidance for Raleigh adults aged 18 and older navigating life transitions and emotional health.

Core Pathways

Three clinical care pathways

Diagnostic Intake

Comprehensive Clinical Assessments

Licensed clinicians conduct in-depth diagnostic evaluations to understand personal history, current symptoms, and recovery goals, establishing an individualized treatment foundation.

Individual Care

Outpatient Psychotherapy

One-on-one therapy sessions focus on evidence-based coping strategies and emotional stabilization. Availability is open with immediate inquiries welcomed for current scheduling.

Lived Experience

Peer Support Services

Certified peer specialists partner with adults to cultivate community connection, daily wellness routines, and self-advocacy skills grounded in mutual understanding.

Collaborative Model

Care coordination protocols

Case management alignment

External psychiatric & medical teams

We communicate regularly with Triangle area social workers and hospital discharge planners to ensure uninterrupted continuity of care across all active adult community placements.

We do not provide in-house medication management. Instead, our team actively coordinates with your outside psychiatric prescribers and primary medical physicians to align behavioral support plans.

Community partner integration

Direct referrals to specialized housing, vocational, or crisis resources across Wake County when adult needs extend beyond outpatient therapy.
